Responsibilities include:

- Distinguishing between misconfiguration, benign anomalies and credible compromise
- Avoiding actions that may alert perpetrators prior to safe intervention
- Translating findings into clear, practical and non-alarming guidance
- Supporting survivor-led decision-making by presenting options
- Identifying and escalating high-risk scenarios in line with organisational protocols
- Contributing to the development of safe, repeatable workflows and playbooks
- Participating in peer review processes to ensure quality, safety and consistency
This role conducts safety-led assessments of home networks and digital infrastructure to identify risks relating to insecure configurations, retained access and technology-facilitated abuse, providing practical, survivor-led guidance within strict safeguarding protocols.
