Intake and Triage VolunteerNational

Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and documenting referrals from individuals and partner organisations
  • Exploring presenting issues in a calm, trauma‑informed way
  • Applying our risk‑management system across domains
  • Summarising key information clearly for the Safeguarding and Risk Coordinator, Clinical Manager and cyber leads
  • Distinguishing when The Digital Resilience Project is the appropriate response
  • Communicating boundaries and expectations with clients and referrers, including what we can and cannot provide
  • Maintaining accurate, secure records in line with privacy, confidentiality and data‑handling protocols
  • Participating in supervision, debriefing and quality‑improvement activities to refine intake questions, workflows and risk tools

This role conducts safety‑led intake conversations and structured risk triage to help prioritise who we see first, and to protect both clients and volunteers. It supports decision‑making; it does not replace clinical, legal or law‑enforcement functions.
